PURPOSE: Baffle plate structure of a fuel tank is provided to reduce shake of fuel in the fuel tank by differently positioning a baffle in the fuel tank according to the rapid accelerating and decelerating conditions while the vehicle runs. CONSTITUTION: Baffle plate structure of a fuel tank(20) comprises the fuel tank for storing fuel; guides(22) vertically formed in the fuel tank; a baffle plate(30) forming guide holes(32) in the middle of the baffle plate, to vertically move along the guides according to the flux of fuel; a speed sensor(42) measuring a change in the traveling speed of a vehicle; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,40) analyzing the traveling speed measured from the speed sensor and deciding the vehicle is traveling under rapid acceleration and deceleration conditions; and an electromagnet coil(24) disposed on the outer periphery of the guides, to make the baffle plate fixed by magnetic force if the vehicle is under rapid acceleration and deceleration conditions.
