PURPOSE: An interphase insulating paper and a method for inserting the same are provided to achieve improved productivity by automatically inserting the insulating paper into the stacked body of stator cores. CONSTITUTION: A stator of a motor comprises a stacked body(1) formed by stacking a plurality of stator cores; a coil(2) wound along the teeth of the stacked body, wherein the coil includes a main coil(2A) arranged at the inside of the teeth of the stacked body and an auxiliary coil(2B) arranged at the outside of the teeth of the stacked body; and an interphase insulating paper(10) arranged between the main coil and the auxiliary coil. The interphase insulating paper has coil grooves for preventing the interphase insulating paper from being rotated when the auxiliary coil is wound along the stacked body and inserted into the slot formed between the teeth.
