FIELD: medicine, endoscopic surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with periampular tumors. One should carry out perhepatic puncture of patient's gall bladder, connect gall bladder and duodenum with sero-serous suture. One should perforate the walls of gall bladder and duodenum with a needle to apply a vinyl chloride tube supplied with lateral opening at the level of gall bladder into duodenal lumen along a tube-conductor. Then it is necessary to apply uninterrupted anterior sero-serous suture. The ends of ligatures should be tightened with the help of special device for binding endoknots.
