PURPOSE: A filling-up method of wet waste is provided which prevents leachate from generating during filling-up of wet waste so that contamination by leachate and leachate treating cost are not generated. CONSTITUTION: The filling-up method of wet waste comprises a step of installing wet waste(20) on the ground(40) of landfill; a step of installing acid(30) on the wet waste; a step of installing a treating agent(10) consisting of calcium oxide, burnt dolomite or a mixture thereof on the acid; and a step of repeating the above steps, wherein 5 to 85 wt.% of the treating agent for the total water weight of the wet waste is used, wherein 100 wt.% or more of the treating agent for the total water weight of the wet waste is installed right on the landfill, wherein 1 to 20 wt.% of the acid for the total water weight of the wet waste is used, and wherein the acid is at least one soil cover selected from sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.
