A friction start-protection clutch with hydraulic control has the driving and the driven parts, friction discs placed between those, circular axial piston. The driving part of the clutch is made with radial channels into which pistons are installed. The radial channels at the side of the larger radius of the clutch are connected to the circular channel, and at the side of the smaller one û to the inner cavity of the clutch. Such implementation of the invention makes it possible to provide substantial simplification of start of the drive at large enough external loading, and start in the mode of prolonged start.
