FIELD: manufacture of large-size large-height abrasive wheels. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling abrasive mass to sheets; blanking annular semifinished products of rolled abrasive mass; packing them; preliminarily compacting pack by free upsetting and performing final compaction. Last step is performed by rolling at reducing between cone rolls with mutually crossing axes. EFFECT: elimination of spilling flaws in blank, lowered labor consumption of final compaction operation. 4 dwg |
