FIELD: preservation of grain. SUBSTANCE: method involves diluting propionic acid by anolyte and applying resultant solution onto grain; before diluting procedure, introducing into propionic acid preparation obtained by sequential extracting of Mortierella gemmifera micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, followed by joining of first extract with solid residue.
