FIELD: mechanical engineering; plasma jet engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine contains on one support plate several main circular channels of ionization and acceleration 124A, 124B with nonparallel axes 241A, 241B meeting from side of outlet of channels 124A, 124B. Magnetic circuit 131, 134, 136, 311 provides building of magnetic field in ring channels 124, 124B. Engine has hollow cathode 140, means for regulation of ionized gas supply flow rate of each ring channel 124A, 124B and means to control discharge current and acceleration of ions in channels 124A, 124B.
