SUBSTANCE: invention relates to benzoylguanidines of the formula (I): wherein R(1) means CF3, one of substituents R(2) and R(3) means hydrogen atom and other one among substituents R(2) or R(3) means -CH(CH3)-CH2OH; R(4) means methyl group, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts also. Invention proposes a method for preparing benzoylguanidines of the formula (I). Also, invention proposes a medicinal agent eliciting inhibitory activity with respect to Na+/H+-exchange and comprising effective amount of benzoylguanidine of the formula (I). Invention provides preparing ortho-substituted benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) eliciting high effectiveness in inhibition of Na+/H+-exchange.
