FIELD: stabilizing, guiding and navigational equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has a threshold element (precision relay element), which operates in feedback mode and is controlled by differed signals from first and third adder, i.e. not only main information is taken into consideration, but also change of information with passing time. Received signed digit of digital code is used in a network of negative feedback for controlling precision relay element.
