<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify that normal delay control is performed in a communication system for controlling the phase of transmission information based on a transmission delay. SOLUTION: A transmission delay measured in a master station communication equipment 1 based on data for delay measurement generated in a slave station communication equipment 2 is transmitted to the slave equipment 2 as delay data. In the slave equipment 2, based on the delay data, the transmission phase of transmission information generated in a slave station information generation part 24 is advanced and it is transmitted to the master station communication equipment 1.
