摘要 Dissolving at least one lipophilic compound in an aqueous phase involves associating the lipophilic compound with an amount of at least one amphiphilic block copolymer containing ionic and/or nonionic hydrophilic polymer blocks and at least one hydrophobic polymer block obtained from at least one hydrophobic monomer. Dissolving at least one lipophilic compound in an aqueous phase comprises associating the lipophilic compound with at least one amphiphilic block copolymer containing ionic and/or nonionic hydrophilic polymer block and at least one hydrophobic polymer block. The hydrophobic polymer block is obtained from at least one hydrophobic monomer from styrene or its derivatives e.g. 4-butylstyrene, vinyl acetate of formula CH2=CH-OCOCH3, vinyl ethers of formula CH2=CHOR1, acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride or vinylidene chloride, caprolactone or caprolactam, alkenes, e.g. ethylene, propylene, butylene or butadiene, alkylene oxides containing at least 4C (preferably 4-6C), silicone derivatives producing silicone polymers e.g. polydimethylsiloxane after polymerization or hydrophobic vinyl monomers of formula H2C=CR-COX (A). R1 = optionally saturated 1-6C hydrocarbon-based group (preferably perfluoroalkyl radical having 1-14C); R = H, CH3, C2H5 or C3H7; X = OR', NH2, NHR'' or NR''R'''; R' = optionally saturated 1-22C hydrocarbon-based group optionally substituted by halo (I, Br, Cl or F), SO3-, SO4-, PO4H2-, OH, NH2, NHR1, NH1R2 or N+R1R2R3); R1-R3 = optionally substituted 1-22C hydrocarbon-based group, and R'', R''' = optionally saturated 1-22C hydrocarbon-based group or 1-18C perfluoralkyl, provided that: (1) the sum of carbon atoms of R' + R1 + R2 + R3 does not exceed 22; (2) the total number of carbon atoms of R'' and R''' does not exceed 22, and (3) the sum of carbon atoms of R'' + R''' + R1 + R2 + R3 does not exceed 22. An Independent claim is also included for a cosmetic composition comprising at least one aqueous phase, at least one lipophilic compound and an amount of block amphiphilic copolymer.
