PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount base for installing an electronic apparatus which provides good assembling workability and can effectively protect a circuit board from electromagnetic noise and can prevent accidents such as a damage to a wiring on the circuit board when assembling or in other jobs, and which has a high performance in signal transmission and high reliability. SOLUTION: The mount base has a metal base 1 fixed on the second face 2b side of the circuit board 2 at a prescribed distance, and a conductive electromagnetic shield panel 3 which is fixed on the first face 2a side of the circuit board 2 at a prescribed distance and is formed with openings to pass connectors 5 and 5' through. The electromagnetic shielding panel 3 is located at such a position that a prescribed space may be formed between the electromagnetic shield panel 3 and an opposite face of an electronic apparatus when the electronic apparatus is connected to the connectors 5 and 5'.
