PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the deformation of a disc valve increasing a vibration reducing function in a piston low-speed zone without impairing a degree of freedom in tuning of the attenuation characteristic in the piston low-speed zone. SOLUTION: A disc 27 not having an opening and the like, an opened disc 28 having openings 28b in the circumferential direction, a cut disc 29 having cuts 29b in the circumferential direction and a disc 30 are successively stacked from a piston 13 side. The attenuation characteristic by valve opening of the disc 27 can be obtained in a compressing stroke in a low-speed zone of a piston speed. Though the disc 27 is pressed to an opened disc 28 side by back pressure from an expansion side oil passage 13a in an elongating stroke in a high-speed zone of the piston speed, the deformation of the disc 27 can be inhibited, as it is supported by an opening part between the openings 28b, 28b.
