PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when a moving wheel is mounted to a disc-like side plate in a walking type managing machine capable of mounting the moving wheel to the disc-like side plate mounted on both right and left ends of a tiller rotor when the walking type managing machine moves and travels with the tiller rotor mounted. SOLUTION: When moving wheels 31 are attached to disc-like side plates 10L, 10R, they are attached under a condition that an axle center P of the moving wheel 31 is displaced against an axis 8p of a tiller shaft 8. The shaft 8 is rotated under the mounting condition, so that the axis 8p of the shaft 8 is approximately equal to the axle center P of the moving wheel 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
