PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve seat processing device capable of carrying out semi-dry working. SOLUTION: The valve seat processing device has a cutting part 10 for cutting a valve seat surface 32 of a valve seat 31 and a valve stem hole 35 of a valve guide 34 from one side surface direction S1of a workpiece 30 having the valve seat 31 concentrically arranged with the valve guide 34; and a feed means 20 for feeding a mist-like cutting oil to a working point from the other side surface direction S2of the workpiece 30 through the valve stem hole 35 of the valve guide 34.
