The pillow has a hollow cavity (12) filled with down (14) in the double-layered top side (3) and filled with feathers (15) or a mixture of feathers and down in the double-layered underneath (4) of the lower cavity (13). The inside (16) of the pillow cover is divided into at least two larger chambers (10) and two smaller chambers (11) through at least one rectangular inner web parallel to the long sides and with at least one further rectangular inner web (9) parallel to the cross-sides. These chambers are filled with a spring particle filling (17) such as a combination of millet seed or spelt and feathers and down.
