<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold capable of manufacturing a metal-ceramic composite member that does not cause any waviness or shrinkage cavity on the surface of a large-sized bonded metal and has a high dimensional accuracy, in the metal-ceramic composite member with a designated number of ceramic members bonded on the large-sized bonded metal. <P>SOLUTION: In a casting mold body 11 composing the casting mold 1, the designated number of metal-ceramic bonded substrates 30 are installed with the ceramic substrate 31 side facing upward, and then an atmosphere inside and outside the casting mold 1 is changed from air to an inert gas such as nitrogen gas. A molten metal 42 is poured and filled into a first bonding section 14, which is configurated by the casting mold body 11 and an upper container 13, and attached with a shrinkage cavity inducing part 16 on a metal material holding section side and a shrinkage cavity inducing part 18 on an air-vent side, and then cooled to make the metal-ceramic composite member 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
