<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of a push-down head with a nozzle of a foot-operated spray container by dividing the head into a fixing part for fixing to a container body and a sliding part which can vertically move and rotate to substantially reduce the weight of a head part, and also to improve the function of a stem urging spring. <P>SOLUTION: The foot-operated spray container is formed of: the container body 1 with the stem 3; a tubular base member 11 fitted over the container body; a vertically movable tubular member 21 for raising a push-down tube 24 via an outward flange-like plate 23 from the nozzle 22 fitted into the stem; and an upper tubular member 31 causing an outer peripheral wall 34 hung from a nozzle sliding tube 35 fitted over the external surface of the nozzle via an inverted dome-like plate 32 and an outer flange-like top plate 33 to be fitted into the tube 24 for supporting the top plate 33 at the upper end of several supporting plates 16 raised from a brim-like top plate 12 through a through hole 27.
