<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord holder for a mouse and the like for a personal computer for hanging a cord of the mouse and the like for the personal computer from the upper part for preventing obstruction in operation of the mouse and the like or for reducing degradation of the cord. <P>SOLUTION: This cord holder is constructed of a stable base (1) having a low center of gravity and a rail member (2) arranged in the space above the base and having a groove (4) formed on the back face. In use, the mouse cord (3) is put in the groove (4) on the back face of the rail member (2), and the mouse cord can be easily removed if it is not needed.
