<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which gives a molded article excellent in softness, resilience, and mechanical properties and which, when used as a skin material for a golf ball, gives a golf ball with a good feeling in striking, a long carry distance, and excellent cutting resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains an ionomer resin and an alkoxysilyl-group-containing hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer and/or an amino-group-containing hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer. The alkoxysilyl group content of the former diene polymer is preferably 0.0001-5 mmol/g, and the amino group content of the latter diene polymer is preferably 0.0001-5 mmol/g.
