COMMUNITY FORMATION SUPPORT SYSTEM, ITS TERMINAL, SERVER, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find another user concerned with an article close to an interest of one user without conciousness of the user through usage of a terminal by the user and to group users having close concerns.

SOLUTION: A word is extracted by extraction means (106 and 108) from an inputted sentence expression. Each extracted word is weighted by means of a weighting means 109. The word and its weight are related to each other by a storage means 110 to be stored in a vocabulary table. The vocabulary table is transmitted to another terminal by a transmission means 111. The vocabulary table of another terminal is received from another terminal by means of a receiving means 111. Similarity between two vocabulary tables is computed by a computing means 114 from the stored vocabulary table and the received vocabulary table on the basis of the word and the weight. The respective terminals are ranked by a ranking means 114 according to the similarity by the computing means 114.
