<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator such as a ballpoint pen which ensures outflow properties even for ink having low fluidity and has excellent writing properties. <P>SOLUTION: A seat surface 45 and a cylindrical wall 41 are provided for a ball house 15 of a ballpoint pen tip 1 of the ballpoint pen.
