PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress and encrypt a Japanese text file by about 50% fully reversibly and to make an encryption code to be a random number such that G<SB>1</SB>entropy becomes G<SB>1</SB>= 0. 99.... SOLUTION: A frequency distribution is examined in the unit of one-character (16-bits) with respect to the Japanese text file, 12-bit codes with many zeros are assigned in descending order, preprocessing for lowering the G<SB>1</SB>entropy is performed, and a compression/expansion table of chaos is used to generate a compressed encryption code.
