PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing technique in matching with the skill of a user based on an image photographed by the user. SOLUTION: A type of a scene of the image photographed by the user is identified, and information denoting a photographing technique in matching with the identified scene of image is selected from a database 6 for storing information denoting the photographing technique suitable for each of a plurality of kinds of scenes and the selected information is provided.
