PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the freedom in design of inputted graphic data and to shorten the man-hour in GUI (graphic user interface) development. SOLUTION: This GUI part generation device 1 has a part data generation means 15 having a means for inputting graphic data G having a hierarchically superposed structure of layers that are virtual transparent sheets with images arranged thereon, a means for extracting a part image included in the image arranged one each layer of the graphic data G, and a means for mutually relating parts images having a prescribed relation as switchingly displayable ones to generate GUI part data P.
