PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the waste of time and effort to correct a working error in fitting into a rebate groove. SOLUTION: Even if forgetting to fit a blocking member 19 into the rebate groove 11 in the fitted state of the blocking member 19 to an internal thread cylinder 13 using an internal thread cylinder holding pieces 20, the blocking member 19 is fitted into the rebate groove 11 of a vertical frame member 3 so that a space between the front and rear internal thread cylinder holding pieces 20 faces the internal thread cylinder 13, and then the blocking member 19 is moved to the internal thread cylinder 13 side by a force of set value or layer to hold the internal thread cylinder 13 by the internal thread cylinder holding pieces 20.
