PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a part around the tip of a fixture body made of cement mortar is broken when a partial load is applied or clamping stress for fixed support becomes excessive. SOLUTION: In the state of the form fixture side face of a form material 29 abutting on the face with a radius D2 of a spacer 28, the tip of a shaft leg 26 is screwed to the internal thread of an insert 23 of a form fixture 21 to a length where the tip of the shaft leg 26 comes directly in front of a drain wall 24 of the form fixture 21. At this time, the face with a radius D1 of the spacer 28 abuts only on the insert 23 without contacting the fixture body 22. The form material 29 is then fastened firmly to the form fixture 21 by a form tie 30. In this fastened state, both faces of the form material 29 are pressed to the form tie 30 and the spacer 28, and the spacer 28 and the insert 23 are put in a pressed state.
