PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction work of a concrete structure by facilitating the height adjustment of concrete products in constructing a side ditch or the like using the concrete products of U-shape. SOLUTION: In connecting the following stage concrete product 10b to a preceding stage concrete product 10a installed adjusted in the height position, the following stage concrete product is lifted using a hanging accessory 20 provided with a guide part 22a, and the following stage concrete product 10b is lowered on the connected side of the preceding stage concrete product 10a while allowing the lower face of the guide part 22a to abut on the upper end face of the preceding stage concrete product. After adjusting the height position of the following stage concrete product 10b to the upper end face of the preceding stage concrete product 10a by the guide part, the gradient or the like of the following stage concrete product is adjusted, and the hanging accessory 20 is removed to position and install the following stage concrete product following the preceding stage concrete product.
