PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting system which can also be applied to an excavation working machine etc. self-propelled in a tunnel. SOLUTION: This dust collecting system, which is equipped with an air cleaner 32 for cleaning air taken in via a blower fan, collects dust generated from the periphery of the moving excavation working machine 1 via the air cleaner 32; the machine 1 is equipped with a collector 40 for blowing the air, taken in via the blower fan from a flexible duct 44; and the dust collecting system is equipped with a duct supporting mechanism 50 for supporting the flexible duct 44 in such a manner that the flexible duct 44 is directed toward an inlet port of the air cleaner 32.
