PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe system improving draining performance while preventing odor from back flowing without requiring a space, suitable for a detached house or the like having water use equipment even in a high-rise dwelling house or second or third floors. SOLUTION: A ventilation valve device 2 for drainage composed of a ventilation pipe 3 disposed in the substantially vertical direction, a ventilation valve 4 provided at the upper part of the ventilation pipe 3, and a check valve 5 provided at the lower part of the ventilation pipe 3 is formed. A branched pipe 6 is arranged in the middle of a vertical drain pipe A connected to a drain horizontal branch pipe B in each floor of a building and the ventilation valve device 2 for drainage is connected to the extremity of the branched pipe 6 to form the draining pipe system 1.
