PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drastically excellent oxicam-based anti-inflammatory analgesic-containing preparation for external use, expressing effects including raising the delivery efficiency of the oxicam-based anti-inflammatory analgesic to affected parts, mitigating skin irritancy and suppressing the absorption drop of the preparation containing a high concentration of the analgesic through increasing the diffusibility of the oxicam-based anti-inflammatory analgesic after skin penetration. SOLUTION: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic preparation for external use comprises a combination of the oxicam-based anti-inflammatory analgesic with a local anesthetic.
