PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently enable a fear of peeling off a bent-up part of a carcass cord to be removed by pressing for a long time the bent-up part of the carcass part and its vicinity part further after an apparatus is operated at a high speed. SOLUTION: For the apparatus, while a core C forming almost a doughnut state as a whole is made to do indexing function, the carcass cord 37 drawn out from a cord guide is stuck onto the peripheral surface by being elongated in a meridian direction of the core C and the cord guide reciprocating along the peripheral surface of the core C is provided at a tip of an arm 1. A pin 35 abutting against the core C by supporting the carcass cord by winding thereon and a pressing part 31 which presses the bent-up part 39 of the carcass cord onto the core C by advance displacement to the pin 35 are provided. A bent-up part-pressing block 27 which displaces in the indexing direction following the indexing function of the core C. Further, while a plurality of carcass cord bent-up parts 39 stuck onto the peripheral surface of the core are pressed to the core C, a lower movable block 23 displacing by two pitch of the indexing function of the core C is provided. Further, an upper movable block 13 which displaces by one pitch of the indexing function of a plurality of carcass code bent-up parts 39 stuck onto the core peripheral surface are pushed onto the core.
