PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a compound capable of changing the bonding property of a humanin analog peptide with FRRL1, FRRL2 and their partial peptides or their salts. SOLUTION: This screening of an agonist/antagonist is performed by using a G-protein conjugated type receptor protein containing amino acid sequences which are the same as or substantially the same as the amino acid sequences expressed by in a plurality of sequences or their salts, or the humanin analog peptides.
