PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adventitious root and adventitious bud of a fig tree. SOLUTION: The induction method of the adventitious root involves culturing tissue fragments of the adventitious root or the adventitious bud in the presence of phloroglucinol to induce the adventitious root or the adventitious bud.
