PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for synchronizing a circular display such as scales and numbers, etc., with a indicator when the light emitting indicator turns on a character plate and apparently indicating a range and a speed of the moving indicator by sequentially changing a light emitting state from weak light emission from strong light emission. SOLUTION: A plurality of white light emitting diodes (LED) are provided on a back side of locations corresponding to the circular display such as the scales and the numbers of the character plate and synchronized with the light emitting indicator for turning based on an input signal, and light emitting intensity of the white light emitting diodes (LED) changes from the weak light emission to the strong light emission.
