PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a second heater 44 etc. for drying organic matters from being heat-generated abnormally by detecting an overvoltage when the overvoltage is supplied. SOLUTION: The organic matter disposer detects the rotation time of stirring blades 5 by means of a magnet 23 rotating together with a stirring shaft 6 and a lead switch 24 fixedly disposed. The rotation time of the stirring blades 5 when the rated voltage is supplied is determined as a reference time and when the rotation time detected by the lead switch 24 is shorter than the reference time, it is judged that the organic matter disposer is in the state of overvoltage because the stirring blades 5 rotate more quickly than in a rated voltage and all operations of the second heater 44 as a drying heater etc. are stopped.
