PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a clutch hub due to contact of a clutch plate spring in simple structure, hold cooling performance and lubrication performance in favorable states, and prevent attachment of a drive plate to a driven plate. SOLUTION: This device is provided with engagement means A and B to engage a clutch plate spring 19 with at least either of a driven plate 16 and a clutch hub 13 to be integrally rotatable. The engagement means A is in such structure that an engagement claw 19b at an outer circumferential part of the clutch plate spring 19 is engaged in an engagement hole in the driven plate 16. The engagement means B is in such structure that an engagement claw 19c at an inner circumferential part of the clutch plate spring 19 is engaged in a spline groove 13a in an outer circumferential surface of the clutch hub 13. As the engagement hole in the driven plate 16 for the engagement means A, an existing oil communication hole 16b is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
