PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the assembling similarly as the assembling using a conical roller bearing, in a case when a conical roller bearing for supporting a pinion gear in a differential device is used for a double-row ball bearing. SOLUTION: An inner ring-side assembly 21 of the double-row ball bearing 10 is composed of an inner ring 13, a group of balls 14 and a group of balls 16 in two rows mounted between an outer ring member 11 and the inner ring member 13, and large and small ball cages 19, 20 for holding the balls 17, 18 of the groups of balls 15, 16 at circumferential uniform arrangement positions. As the balls 17, 18 are held in a prevented state from dropping out to an outer diameter side, and a prevented state from axially dropping out from the inner ring member 13, the inner ring-side assembly 21 can be handled as a component of the double-row ball bearing 10 similarly as a case when the conical roller bearing is used, whereby the workability in assembling of the bearing part in the differential device 1, is not impaired in comparison with a case using the conical roller bearing.
