<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device by ensuring a stable communication, and at the same time, feeding power to a centralized control panel through a communication cable. <P>SOLUTION: A setting control unit I/F part 152 which performs the transmission/receipt of a signal through an RS-422 communication connector 135 performs a parallel/serial conversion for an internal bus 154. Also, the setting control unit I/F part 152 forms differential data for Tx+ at +5V and Tx- at -5V from a control command comprising state information, or the like, of peripheral appliances, and outputs the differential data to a control panel 21. At the same time, the setting control unit I/F part 152 receives differential data for Rx+ at +5V and Rx- at -5V from the control panel 21, restores the data into serial data and outputs the data to the internal bus 154, and performs the communication without handshaking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
