<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting device that can ensure the same security as existing written absentee voting. <P>SOLUTION: At electronic absentee voting, a vote accepted by the electronic voting device is written into a recording medium (absentee voting card 406a), and a seal label 700 is affixed to an IC contact terminal 4061a of the recording medium to secure the vote of the absentee voting for a period to a normal election day. In the existing law, a voter ID 0011 is recorded on the seal label 700, so that a vote of an absentee without the franchise on the election day is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
