PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented liquid, a fiber product, a cosmetic, a food and the like, having a strong antioxidation power.

SOLUTION: The fermented liquid is obtained by putting corallite and lactic acid bacteria in a fermentation tank, pressurizing the tank with air (to 2-3 atm), carrying out anaerobic fermentation while applying negative voltage (1,000-2,500 V) thereto, and carrying out aerobic fermentation of the product. The component of the fermented liquid is impregnated or attached to a fiber, a feather, a wall paper or the like by using a resin binder and/or a water-soluble chitosan. The food, the cosmetic, the material for agriculture and the like containing the component of the fermented liquid are also provided. Far infrared rays having 6.27 μm wavelength are radiated from the sun light and charcoal, and act on a water molecule in the atmosphere to separate the water into a large cluster and a small cluster. It is described that the small cluster drifts in the air by being negatively electrified and acts good rolls for the health of human beings.
