<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining method for an attachment pipe and a cutting device for a rehabilitation pipe used for the method which enable setting of a cutting position at a proper position in a cutting process for cutting off the fore end part of the rehabilitation pipe to thereby excellently ensure water shutoff properties at a place of connection between a main pipe and the attachment pipe, on the occasion of lining the attachment pipe with the rehabilitation pipe made of a resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the cutting process performed after an insertion process of inserting the rehabilitation pipe made of the resin into the mounting pipe and after a bore enlarging process of recovering the shape of the rehabilitation pipe and bringing this pipe into close contact with the inner surface of the attachment pipe, the cutting device 9 for the rehabilitation pipe is inserted into the rehabilitation pipe 1 from the ground surface side. An electric motor is driven at the time point when the cutting device 9 reaches the bottom of the pipe 1, and cutting edges 93c are moved toward the outer peripheral side, while they are rotated, by a centrifugal force.
