HIERARCHIZED NETWORK NODE AND NETWORK CONSTRUCTED BY THE NODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a path calculation by expanding a path calculation in a multilayer network to a large scale network and eliminating calculations to be invalid.

SOLUTION: A network to which a user himself/herself belongs is divided into cells consisting of a plurality of nodes, and these cells are defined as a virtual node. When there is a link connecting the inside of a virtual node to the outside of the virtual node, a contact point between the inside and the outside of the virtual node is defined as an interface of the virtual node. A virtual network composed of virtual nodes is further subjected to cell division and virtual node formation. The virtual network further subjected to cell division and virtual node formation is defined as an upper level network with respect to the initial virtual network. A hierarchized network is constructed by performing the operation of cell division and virtual node formation one time or several times. Furthermore, a path calculation from a sending node to a receiving node is distributed for each layer and hierarchically performed.
