PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and highly efficient pure steam manufacturing device and a control method. SOLUTION: A pure steam generator has a steam can 1 for generating pure steam, a pressure sensor S-1 for measuring pressure of the generated steam, a main steam pipe 4 for supplying heating steam, a first control valve V-1 arranged on this main steam pipe 4 and adjusting opening according to a signal of the pressure S-1, a main pipe 2 for supplying supply water to the steam can 1, a second control valve V-5 arranged on this main pipe 2 and adjusting opening, a first control means A-1 for controlling the opening of the first control valve V-1 and a second control means for controlling the opening of the second control valve V-5. The first and second control means A-2 are interlocked so that the opening of the second control valve V-5 is in proportion to the opening of the first control valve V-1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
