PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchro device for rapidly and surely completing the synchronous operation between two rotors. SOLUTION: A spline tooth 21 in a sleeve 20 of the synchro device 1 for performing the synchronous operation between a main shaft 11 and a third advance speed gear 15a includes a first spline tooth 22 provided at each first angleθ1; and a second spline tooth 23 that is arranged at a position that is separated from the gear 15a as compared with the first spline tooth 22 while being provided at an interval of a second angleθ2(<θ1) between two first spline teeth 22. An outer ring 31 in a blocking ring 30 has a ring gear tooth 31b that engages with the spline tooth 21, where the sleeve 20 slides to the side of the third advance speed gear 15a. The third advance speed gear 15a is arranged for each third angleθ3 (>θ2), and has a plurality of gear teeth 152 that are in contact with and engage with the first spline tooth 22 when the sleeve 20 slides to the side of the third advance speed gear 15a.
