SOLUTION: Any one of an outer diameter deviation between the second ridge and third ridge, an outer diameter deviation between the third ridge and fourth ridge, and an outer diameter deviation between the fourth ridge and fifth ridge of a bellows consecutively having a first valley, a first ridge, a second valley, the second ridge, a third valley, the third ridge, a fourth valley, the fourth ridge, a fifth valley, the fifth ridge, a sixth valley, and the sixth ridge in order is provided to be larger than an outer diameter deviation between mutually adjacent ridges of other combinations.
