PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a main shaft bends to an axial direction, a main shaft thrust surface tilts, contact angle of a shaft thrust surface and a thrust plate increases, contact pressure increases and friction of a sliding surface increases when coolant gas is compressed. SOLUTION: Contact angle of the main shaft thrust surface and the thrust plate can be reduced and contact pressure is reduced by providing a slope in which a center part bulges out in relation to an outer circumference part on the main shaft thrust surface. A groove for supplying oil to the sliding surface of the thrust surface is provided and wear between the thrust plate and the main shaft provided with the groove for supplying oil to the sliding surface of the main shaft thrust surface is prevented.
