PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor-liquid equilibrium distillation apparatus for accurately measuring the vapor-liquid equilibrium data by hardly causing condensation of vapor in a vapor-liquid equilibrium chamber to prevent condensate of vapor from mixing in a liquid sampled by a liquid sampling part. SOLUTION: This vapor-liquid equilibrium distillation apparatus includes a vapor-liquid equilibrium part 10 having the vapor-liquid equilibrium chamber 11 inside; a ventilation layer 16 covering the outside of the vapor-liquid equilibrium chamber 11 to which vapor is introduced; the liquid sampling part 21 for sampling the liquid separated in the vapor-liquid equilibrium chamber 11; a condenser 31 for condensing the vapor separated in the vapor-liquid equilibrium chamber 11; a condensate sampling part 26 for sampling the condensate condensed by the condenser 31; a contactor 61 for mixing the liquid with the condensate; and a heating part 81 for heating the liquid and the condensate sent from the contactor 61.
