PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the pile head structure of a prefabricated pile allowing the efficient arrangement of reinforcements disposed for connection to a footing, without welding at a construction site. SOLUTION: In erecting the reinforcements 3 on an end plate 2 of the prefabricated pile 1, bolts 4 are screwed into bolt holes 21 for prestressing formed in the end plate 2, and each seat plate 5 with the reinforcement 3 erected, is formed with a large diameter part 51 through which a head 41 of the bolt 4 is inserted, and a groove part 52 communicating with the large diameter part 51 to insert through a shank 42 of the bolt 4. The bolt 4 is led into the groove part 52 from the large diameter part 51, and a plug body 5 of almost the same shape is fitted into the large diameter part 51 to fill up the large diameter part 51 to thereby prevent the return of the bolt 4.
